Vinod Surapaneni brings over 25 years of experience in ERP program delivery, PMO leadership, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
With an engineering background and deep expertise across complex enterprise environments, he has consistently worked at the intersection of strategy and delivery.
Over the course of his career, Vinod identified a recurring gap in ERP transformations—while organizations define strategy and system integrators focus on implementation, there is often a lack of focused execution to keep programs aligned, governed, and on track. This gap frequently leads to delays, misalignment, and missed outcomes.
OP Consulting Group was founded to address this challenge by establishing a disciplined execution layer across ERP programs. Vinod’s approach centers on governance, stakeholder alignment, and structured execution—helping organizations navigate complexity and deliver successful outcomes.
Esha Surapaneni brings over 25 years of experience across SAP, manufacturing, and other business domains.
With an engineering background and a strong understanding of enterprise systems and operational processes, she brings a practical and structured perspective to complex program environments.
Her experience spans working closely with business operations where systems, processes, and supply chains must function seamlessly. This enables her to support effective coordination, communication, and alignment across teams, ensuring that execution efforts remain organized and well-supported.
Esha plays a key role in leading backend operations for the firm, overseeing internal processes, workforce coordination, and operational support functions. She ensures that delivery teams are equipped with the structure and support needed to sustain execution across ongoing engagements.
